StudioPress provide Child Themes. And Genesis is also framework by Studiopress.
Yeah dude, Studiopress and Genesis are same. But what happened to Thematic?? Its the best ever.. And It would’ve been better if you’d included few more like PageLines, Gantry and all…

Dear ammar i am trying to migrate my blog , so searching for a best framework, do you have any idea, Do we also need any seo plugin along with these two famous frameworl- Thesis and Genesis. I am quite sure it is not required with thesis, but have doubt about genesis.
This is up to you to choose any framework that will work perfect with your blog.
same goes for plugin. I’m using thesis with yoast plugin. Works perfect!
